- As this article is written, one
or more Mexicans will die in the desert between the United States and
Mexico while attempting to cross into the United States looking for
work. As this article is written, American cowards are waving charges
around that remind one of the drunken Senator Joseph McCarthy and his
waving a "list" of known Communists in the United States Department of
State.
-
- Bodies of twelve Mexicans were
discovered in the Arizona desert this week. At the same time, Republican
Congressman Tom Tancredo of Colorado announced that he had proof that
the head of the Arizona Border Patrol Sector had ordered his agents to
ignore and not arrest illegals. Tancredo alleges this occurred during
the time the "Minutemen" gang was "border patrolling" a tiny sector of
the Arizona Mexican border.
-
- "Proof," Tancredo states, he has
"proof" that such an order was given by the Border Patrol official.
Where is it?
-
- When Wisconsin’s Senator McCarthy
charged that the State Department had 211 known Communists, he never
produced the list he waved around; then, on another occasion, he claimed
280, then 200, then 250 Communists. What was it senator? He never
produced the list; he never proved his claim. He didn’t because he was a
liar.
-
- Congressman Tom Tancredo of
Colorado joins McCarthy in the pantheon of great American political
liars.
-
- Question: When Tancredo claimed a
top Mexican official told him that it was Mexican policy to invade the
United States with illegals, where was a witness, a document that
supported his claim on the floor of Congress? There was and is none,
except in Tancredo’s drug saturated mind.
-
- Question: Why do fellow
Republican officeholders in Colorado refuse to appear with Tancredo at
public events? Because, Tancredo evaded the Selective Service draft
during the Vietnam War by claiming he was mentally ill, anxiety attack
prone and on mind affecting DRUGS.
-
- Question: Why is Tom Tancredo not
allowed in the White House, or allowed to chair a House of
Representatives committee? Because, he has attacked the President of the
United States and solutions to the illegal alien problem proposed by the
President and his supporters in Congress. It may be a free country and
Tancredo can speak his mind, but he has no political right to yell
"Fire!" in a crowded political theater and expect to be invited to the
White House or to be adored by his peers in Congress.
-
- If Tancredo is correct that a
Border Patrol official ordered local agents to back off, where is the
memorandum? Where are the names and ranks of agents that were ordered to
back off? Where is the whistle-blowing news conference of these agents
making their charges? There is no news conference, there is no
memorandum, there are no eyewitnesses to such orders.
-
- Tom Tancredo is a liar. He is
also a loser.
-
- He formed a Political action
Committee that is run by Pat Buchanan’s "brother (as described by radio
talker Don Imus)," Bay Buchanan, to support fellow traveling liars in
their runs for Congress last year. Each and every one he supported
failed to win a Republican nomination or a general election.
- Tancredo chose not to run for the U.S.
Senate seat vacated by Colorado’s Ben Nighthorse Cambell for the simple
reason that he knew he couldn’t convince the people of Colorado to elect
a draft-dodger during time of war. With polling, Tancredo found that
most people don’t even consider illegal aliens to be a major problem.
The public discovered that he has little respect among his own peers in
congress, and he discovered that he has no traction among Colorado’s
diverse statewide electorate.
-
- Tancredo is a liar and loser.
While he lies; while he leads his motley crew of losers, another Mexican
dies in the desert coming to America for a job, another American
employer breaks the law because he needs to hire people to fill jobs Tom
Tancredo’s followers will not do or work at. Proof of this is everywhere
for all to see.
-
- What we don’t see is proof from
Tancredo that he is anything but a McCarthy clone waving an imaginary
list around, a list of imaginary Border Patrol agents who claim they
were ordered to ignore illegals as they crossed the border.
