Congresswoman Linda Sanchez (D-CA) caused
apoplexy among Fox News acolytes when she told a group of 20
Democrats in her Critics-- shut up! I’ve read the law plus I
know what She was right, despite the teeth gnashing of Bill O’Reilly and Megyn Kelly as well as other Fox News on-camera people. When asked about her statement, she told a reporter she read it somewhere. She may have read it in the Hatewatch bulletin
published by the Southern Poverty Law Center, perhaps the country’s
finest and most legitimate anti-racist organization. Lawyer Kris Kobach drafted SB1070 while working
on retainer for Phoenix-area Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Since his
involvement with Arpaio and State Senator Russell Pearce who

Federation of Americans for Immigration Control (FAIR), which the
