“Kris Kobach, Konstitution Killer” KKK plus

Congresswoman Linda Sanchez (D-CA) caused apoplexy among Fox News acolytes when she told a group of 20 Democrats in her Los Angeles district that “white supremacists” were behind Arizona’s SB1070 law that allows “unofficial” massive illegal racial profiling by police, librarians, meter maids and building inspectors.

Critics-- shut up! I’ve read the law plus I know what Arizona has done to Hispanics for a century.  I am aware of the tax dollars paid out in settling racial profiling cases in Chandler, Arizona.

She was right, despite the teeth gnashing of Bill O’Reilly and Megyn Kelly as well as other Fox News on-camera people. When asked about her statement, she told a reporter she read it somewhere.

She may have read it in the Hatewatch bulletin published by the Southern Poverty Law Center, perhaps the country’s finest and most legitimate anti-racist organization. Alabama based and run by famous lawyer Morris Dees, the Center knows racism when its sees it.

Lawyer Kris Kobach drafted SB1070 while working on retainer for Phoenix-area Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Since his involvement with Arpaio and State Senator Russell Pearce who sponsored the bill, the County fathers of Maricopa County have “released” Kobach. Read: Quit paying.

From HATEWATCH: “Arizona’s controversial anti-immigrant law was written by a lawyer at the legal arm of The Federation of Americans for Immigration Control (FAIR), which the Southern Poverty Law Center has listed as an anti-immigrant hate group since 2007.”

“Kris Kobach, (is) the author of the Arizona law and a lawyer at FAIR’s Immigration Reform Law Institute…Before joining FAIR, Kobach served as U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft’s top immigration adviser... (Then took) charge of Department of Justice efforts to tighten border security after the 9/11 attacks. There, he developed a program — the National Security Entry-Exit Registration System — that called for close monitoring of men from Arab and Muslim nations, even legal U.S. residents. The program collapsed due to complaints of racial profiling and discrimination.”

“It’s not surprising to find a group like FAIR behind this repugnant law(SB1070)…FAIR has employed key staffers who have also joined white supremacist groups; it has board members who write regularly for hate publications; it promotes racist conspiracy theories about Latino immigrants; and it has produced television programming featuring white nationalists. FAIR has been dominated for much of its life by its racist founder and current board member, John Tanton, who has written that “for European-American society and culture to persist requires a European-American majority, and a clear one at that.”

“The principal sponsor of the Arizona law, state Sen. Russell Pearce, has his own history of hate. In 2006, Pearce forwarded an email to his supporters from the neo-Nazi National Alliance titled “Who Rules America?” The article criticized the media for promoting multiculturalism and racial equality, and for presenting the Holocaust as fact. More recently, Pearce has been photographed hugging J.T Ready, a Phoenix-area resident who is a member of the neo-Nazi National Socialist Movement.”

The Phoenix New Times writes that Ready is “ a neo-Nazi with a criminal record and a checkered past that includes being court-martialed twice and booted from the Marines …” It also writes that  “Ready slyly mentioned Sean Pearce, state Senator Russell Pearce's son: "The Minuteman project, that's a great thing. I was there in 2005, actually with Sean Pearce, Russell Pearce's son.”

These published facts are irrefutable. Thus, Congresswoman Linda Sanchez is/was right – the Arizona law, SB1070- was conceived by a lawyer who follows and is paid by the country’s most famous racist, John Tanton. It was paid for directly by official funds of Phoenix Sheriff Joe Arpaio whose entire department is being investigated for criminal racial profiling and misuse of public funds. It was sponsored in the Arizona Legislature by State Senator Russell Pearce, a former captain in Arpaio’s department and “fellow traveler” of white nationalists, white supremacists and Holocaust deniers

These men are rabidly anti-Mexican and vehemently pro-White European dominance of today’s America.

Never mind that lawyer Kobach has cost American towns millions in legal fees as the courts have declared his laws unconstitutional.. Never mind that the odds the Arizona law will pass judicial muster are slim. For example, the Supreme Court has announced it will hear an Arizona case in which employers are criminalized for hiring illegal aliens. The 9^th Circuit ruled that law “legal.” Never mind that other states, cities and towns are trying similar laws. The broad attack on the Constitution is being orchestrated by lawyer Kris Kobach.

Kobach is a Yale-educated lawyer who also studied in Great Britain and is otherwise an intelligent former public servant albeit failing miserably as a political candidate. Unfortunately for the country, his apparent deep seated rage against dark or brown-skinned people obsesses him to the point that he is the legal point man for organized racism in the country.

Kobach is now memorialized along with FAIR founder John Tanton and their puppet Arizona State Senator Russell Pearce as the most prominent racists in today’s United States of America. Arizona SB1070 is their memorial, Arizona Governor Jan Brewer their handmaiden.
