I love to watch Arnold the Gubernator play to the
camera. He is so smooth because it’s his game. On October 8th,
he and Phil Angelides, ( I call him Angel eyes) went head to head , toe to
toe, in the game of hard lets get it all out in the open debate. The only
problem was, it was a mismatch. I like Phil , don’t get me wrong , I trust
him to do what he should do and when he says he is going to do something
he does it. The problem is that he doesn’t understand street fighting like
the Gubernator.
Arnold is a thug. He is unashamed in his approach to
sex, race and class. He gets it that many folks like ole Jim next door,
want to be something they never thought they could be. They want to be
worth a gazillion dollars and so they don’t mind paying taxes way out of
their fighting class in the eternal hope that someday they too will own a
Hummer.
Angel eyes on the other hand, gets the fact that only
a few folks actually get rich , he and the Gubernator being in that class.
The problem is that he doesn’t get that he is up against a guy who will do
anything to win.
Let’s look at one fact only. Arnie is a liar. He has
signed almost three billion dollars of legislation due to go into effect
in January. The only problem is that the Department of Finance just put
out a memo calling for a 20 percent cut in the state budget for January
next year in State funded programs. So here is the deal , the Gubernator
signs bills with all the fanfare knowing that they will never be funded
because he doesn’t have the money.
The Gubernator , gets to be a real thug pushing
people around promising them programs knowing all the time that he is
lying about the funding necessary to get the job done.
Angel eyes knows that there is a five billion dollar
deficit projected for January but he doesn’t have the folks around him to
get him to do the street fight necessary to win.
So here is the question of the day, who is the
bridesmaid waiting for the flowers to be thrown.
If you don’t know the answer you don’t know anything
about the 40 billion dollar debt being sold to California.
Lets face it, if the Gubernator hadn’t stolen the
money from the highway trust fund to offset the vehicle license fee that
he refunded to old Jim, (see above) we wouldn’t have to do any bond for
transportation, if he hadn’t stolen from education he wouldn’t have to do
a bond for education, etc, etc. starting to get the picture.
So boys and girls , we will have an interesting
election day which by the way starts on Tuesday with mailing of three
million ballots to folks like me , who will vote and then hit the mute
button for the remaining twenty nine days. Kisses.
