On behalf of ETS, I am pleased to send you the Executive Summary of a major
new report, America's Perfect Storm. This report was released on Feb 5 at a
National Press Club Newsmaker press conference.
As you will note, the report focuses on the convergence of three
forces that, if unattended, poses dangers for our society. The forces are
declining literary rates, a less-educated, lower-skilled workforce, and
widening wage gaps between the most and least skilled. The full report and
