[RI] Store Owner Demands Spanish-Speaking Customer's Social Security Card

Heating supply storeowner David C. Richardson flashed his Rhode Islanders for Immigration Law Enforcement badge and threatened to call federal immigration authorities when a U.S. citizen who was speaking Spanish in Richardson's store refused to produce a Social Security card.
